How can Cool Robotics help?
At Cool Robotics, Students work as young engineers, scientists and mathematicians. They are guided through activities in which they build and program working models, communicate their knowledge using appropriate terminology, think critically about their experience and apply new knowledge and experience to create models and programs.
In most real-world problems, there is no one right answer. There may also be many ways to reach an optimal solution. However young students often believe that there is only one way to get the right answer. Robotics is one of the best ways to facilitate out-of-the-box thinking and innovative problem-solving to arrive at a great solution. This hands-on environment develops a creative mindset through teamwork and experimentation.
My Mission
I have been involved in competitive robotics for over 15 years – wearing different hats as team mom, coach, mentor, volunteer, and judge. I have also taught robotics in different levels – in classrooms, workshops, and seminars. I have personally seen how robotics has positively impacted thousands of kids.
My mission is to provide a similar creative experience in an after-school program without the pressures of competition. Why not give your child this unique learning experience?
